MEN'S CLUB SERVICE FORM REQUEST


The Men's Club is based on the principles of Spirituality, Service to the community and Social opportunities for the men of St. Alphonsus Parish.

As part of the Service aspect, the Men's Club is generally available to assist other parish ministries and organizations in their ministry, service and fund raising. While preparing meals is a signicant aspect of the services we provide, the Men's Club stands ready to consider requests for other types of service.

In an effort to provide service to the greatest number of ministries and organizations, this form is designed to give us complete information concerning your event that will allow us to make an informed decision as to our ability to accommodate your request needs.

The Men's Club meets on the fourth Thursday of each month at which time the requests are discussed by the membership. You will be advised by a member of the Men's Club of the decision made by the Club reqarding your request.
